NodeSwap is a non-custodial, decentralized platform operating on the Tron blockchain. We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share your identity to use our core swapping features. Your private keys and seed phrases remain strictly on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
To ensure your privacy, we intentionally do not collect:
- Names, addresses, or phone numbers.
- Government identification numbers (KYC).
- Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.
- IP addresses mapped to individual user identities.
3. Information Collected via Blockchain
When you interact with the NodeSwap smart contracts, your transactions are broadcasted to the Tron blockchain. This information is inherently public. Public blockchain data includes:
- Your public wallet address.
- Transaction hashes and timestamps.
- Token amounts swapped, sent, or received.
This data is not controlled by NodeSwap, and we cannot delete or alter blockchain records.
4. Local Storage and Cookies
Our PWA uses local storage on your device to enhance your experience. This includes saving your selected theme (dark/light mode), imported tokens, and encrypted wallet data (if you choose to generate/import a wallet on our app). This data stays locally on your device and is not accessible by NodeSwap.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date.
