1. Nature of the Services
NodeSwap is a decentralized interface that enables users to interact with smart contracts on the Tron blockchain. We do not control the Tron network, nor do we act as an exchange, broker, financial institution, or creditor. All transactions execute automatically via decentralized smart contracts.
2. Assumption of Risk
By using NodeSwap, you represent that you understand the inherent risks associated with cryptographic systems, blockchain technology, and digital assets. You agree that:
- Token prices are highly volatile. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
- Smart contracts are subject to bugs, exploits, and vulnerabilities, despite our best auditing efforts.
- Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. If you send funds to the wrong address, they cannot be recovered.
3. Non-Custodial App
NodeSwap is non-custodial. We never take custody or control of your digital assets. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and seed phrases. If you lose your seed phrase, you lose access to your assets. NodeSwap cannot recover them for you.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to:
- Engage in illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.
- Exploit, manipulate, or attack the NodeSwap smart contracts or user interfaces.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of NodeSwap or any third party.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. NodeSwap developers and contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets.

Our application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by NodeSwap. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
